So you have decided your body is ready for a detox…now what?
STEP 1: Decide on when you want to start.  It’s 10 days of focus and detoxing. Ideally, start when don’t have an insanely busy week or physical demands so you can give your body some rest time too. Usually days 3-4 are the toughest so I encourage most people to start on a Thursday so that Saturday and Sunday they can take a rest weekend.
